Please note that the accepted paper will not be included in the Springer proceedings without the registration fee paid.
The regular conference fee and a reduced fee for students cover attendance to lectures, accommodation in a double room with a full board, coffee breaks, the proceedings, a welcome party on Monday, and participation in social events (trips with transport).
The fee for an accompanying person includes accommodation with a full board, a welcome party on Monday, and participation in social events (trips with transport).
The fee for an accompanying person does not include attendance to lectures, coffee breaks, and the proceedings.
Accommodation and full board apply from dinner on January 15th to breakfast on January 19th.
If you need to stay longer in the hotel, we can arrange it for you. Please fill in a longer interval in your registration, and we will create a hotel reservation for you. In addition, you will pay the payment for the extra accommodation directly to the hotel.
